Robust cores ready for your rubber covering.
Rubber roll cores act as the foundation for your rubber-covered rolls. We manufacture cores to your dimensions, material requirements and surface finish so that your rubber supplier can apply the proper covering. With precise machining and balancing, our cores ensure smooth operation and long life.
When to choose this roll
- When you need a new core for a printing, laminating or material handling roll.
- When upgrading to a different rubber durometer or covering material.
- When your existing core is worn, bent or incompatible with your line.
- When you require specific hardness or surface preparation before rubber application.
How it works
We machine the core from the specified material (steel, stainless or aluminum), finish the surface to a texture suitable for bonding, and balance the roll. You send it to your rubber supplier for covering. After curing, the roll is ground to its final diameter and profile. Our cores provide the dimensional accuracy and structural stability necessary for high-speed operation.
Where it pays off / Applications
Flexographic and gravure printing, lamination, coating lines, material handling conveyors, textile calendering and other processes requiring rubber-covered rolls.
