We are pleased to welcome Angela Greathouse to the leadership team at USA Rolls. Angela brings a well-rounded background in both leadership roles and hands-on operational experience. She’s spent the last few years working in a production environment focused on quality, documentation, and building clear, repeatable processes. Her “leadership by example” approach continues to strengthen our culture focusing on mutual respect in the work place and honest, frequent and professional communication as we continue to strive to be the premier heat transfer roll manufacturer in the United States, and now Europe.

Angela is very approachable and practical in her work and making sure people have what they need to do their jobs well. This approach will have a positive impact on all facets of the company. She brings a strong focus on accountability while maintaining a positive, supportive team environment.

We will continue to focus on adding people to USA Rolls that are not only adept at their job description but also people who will “do the right thing”. By the grace of God, we will continue to focus on the future and exceeding the needs of the customer in all areas or roll design and fabrication.
