Men who took their commitment to process improvements to create designs that were eventually patented. Men the recognized that there are key quality characteristics for rolls, based on their intended use, that aren’t captured in canned thermal analysis programs. That experience and engineering expertise matters when competing on the world stage and in the development of proprietary design programs for thermal analysis and construction techniques.
