The Hand of God

Sixteen years ago, I started USA Rolls with a simple idea—that we wouldn’t just be a supplier, but truly an extension of our customers… your “roll division.”

Looking back, I can say with conviction that this company has been guided by the hand of God. Through challenges, growth, and change, His direction has shaped not only where we are today, but where we are being led next.

After more than 15 years of searching for skilled people, it’s become clear that the talent pool in machining continues to shrink. If we are going to continue producing heat transfer rolls in the United States—and continue serving you with the quality and reliability you expect—we must be willing to follow where God is leading, even when the path is not the most obvious one.

That path has brought me to Romania.

I do not believe this is by chance. I believe God has opened this door, and it is our responsibility to walk through it with faith and purpose. Establishing a European Division of USA Rolls is more than a business decision—it is part of a calling to build something sustainable, to invest in people, and to create opportunities for individuals who want to grow, learn our craft, and, for some, pursue a legal path to work alongside our team in the United States.

This approach may seem unconventional. But I believe that when God provides direction, we are called to act with both faith and courage.

Our plan is to begin machining parts here by the end of June 2026, and by January 2027, we expect to be building rolls in Romania to serve the European market as well. Many feel that is plan is too aggressive, and unrealistic; but timing is always God’s decision, so we shall see together how it unfolds.

To our customers in the United States—past, present, and future—please know this: our commitment to you is unwavering. We are taking these steps to ensure we can continue to serve you with excellence for years to come.

I am deeply grateful for your trust, and I have full faith that God will continue to guide, provide, and bless the work we are doing together.
