Manufacturing Capabilities

 

Manufacturing ImageTurning Capabilities: 48 inches in Diameter by 271 inch overall length
Mill Work: Complete milling capabilities , including point to point programming
Dynamic Balancing: Capable of balancing up to 60 inches in diameter, 18 feet between bearings and up to 13,000 pounds.
Stainless Steel Hard Facing (Submerged arc welding): Up to 60 inches in diameter by 240 inches overall length.

 

Reconditioning Rolls

USA Rolls has the internal capability to recondition your rolls; whether reconditioning demands re-shelling, reapplying the stainless steel hard facing or simply grinding, re-plating and finishing to original specifications. Together; with Mirror Plate and Polish (www.mpp.net)-our preferred finisher; we will prioritize your order to minimize the turn around time.
